CNAs are individuals who work under the supervision of a nurse. They provide compassionate care and play a key role in the lives of the client. While working for the Agency my abilities and expertise have been enhanced as a Certified Nurse Assistant. All duties presented to me (whether Nursing or Home Support) I’ve done with compassion, empathy, competence and understanding of each client’s needs. I have skills and related experiences with specialized training. My interest is to enrich and encourage my clients emotionally, physically, as well as mentally. I’m very creative, and my enthusiasm as a CNA is watching the changes and accomplishments my clients have made while in my care. I’m always willing to learn and improve myself.
