Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are individuals who work under the supervision of a nurse. They provide compassionate care and play a key role in the lives of the client. CNAs and HHAs maintain client safety, and provide comfort, privacy and dignity to clients in the delivery of their care. Let’s hear from Ada!

What is it about your job that inspires you?
I love working and helping people who are unable to help themselves.
Share a favorite memory from home care?
It’s always special when you and a client get to know each other and they become comfortable with you.
What is the most CHALLENGING part of your job?
Sometimes it’s challenging trying to put client’s families at ease and letting them know that you’re there to make things easier for them and the client. I always make sure they know I am going to give 110%.
Why should families consider PAN?
I would recommend families to PAN because they care about the clients and hire people who will also care about the clients’ welfare and needs.
