Qualifications?  Home Health Aide (HHA)

HHAs are individuals who work under the supervision of a nurse. They provide compassionate care and play a key role in the lives of the client. Home Health Aides also maintain client safety, and provide comfort, privacy and dignity to clients in the delivery of their care. Let’s hear from Comfort!

How long have you been in the home care industry?

I have been a caregiver for more than 10 years.

Tell us a little about working with PAN in home care:

I have been with PAN for almost a decade.  I started slowly, working part time, but soon climbed the ladder, moved to a full time position, and have not turned back since.  My education has always been very important to me, and PAN worked with me as I completed my program.  Now, as I continue seeking further education, PAN is there to support me.  I see the needs of my clients and have empathy for them, their needs and pains.  I may not take their problems home with me, but I enjoy providing comfort to my clients as we work towards finding a solution.  Working in the home care field, as a caregiver with PAN, has been the best decision I have ever made in my life.
