Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are individuals who work under the supervision of a nurse. They provide compassionate care and play a key role in the lives of the client. CNAs and HHAs maintain client safety, and provide comfort, privacy and dignity to clients in the delivery of their care. Let’s hear from Ada!

What year did you start your career in home care? 2010
What is it about your job that inspires you?
The thing that inspires me is that I am able to help the elderly when they are unable to help themselves. Also, making them happy and seeing the smile on their faces.
Share a favorite memory from home care?
My favorite memories are the ones where the client is thankful after I have completed a task. Communication between clients and caregivers is important and makes the client happy.
What is the most CHALLENGING part of your job?
Sometimes I encounter clients who speak a language other than English, which can create some misunderstandings.
