Thank you for visiting our website! As one of the leading Philadelphia home care agencies, we want to make sure our home care clients and their families feel comfortable with the people and level of care they receive.

One of the best ways to build rapport and trust is to get to know a person better! With that in mind, we wanted to introduce you to the staff of Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses. While the staff won’t necessarily be the personnel providing in home care services to your family, they are an integral part of our team, and set the tone for the services we provide to Philadelphia families. (If you’d like to “meet” our caregivers, visit our Caregiver Profile page!)

Let’s meet Tina, the Office Manager for PA Agency of Nurses!Tina-in-home-care-pennsylvania caregiver profiles philadelphia

Tina joined Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses in 2004, and her role within the agency is to ensure that administrative functions are running smoothly so that our caregivers can focus on what’s most important: client-centered care. She has been married for more than 35 years and has two daughters. Here’s what she has to say about in home care: “Home care is important for our clients and our loved ones who are unable to take care of themselves completely on their own. It allows them to remain safely in their home and is a great relief for family members knowing that their relatives are well taken care of in their own home.”

What is most important to you in your role at Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses?

The services that PA Agency of Nurses provides can give our clients a better quality of life and their families peace of mind knowing that their loved one is getting the care they need from a caring and dedicated PAN employee…whether it is a caregiver, CNA, LPN or RN.” (Want to know the difference between these designations? Read here!)

Tina also wants to emphasize that the people who choose to work in the home care field are dedicated to their clients. They view it not just as a career, but a way to make a difference in people’s lives. “When I speak with our employees I hear time and time again that the reason they choose the home care field was because they took care of a loved one as a young person and saw how they were able to not only help them but make a difference in their lives.”

Tina holds an Associate Degree in Business Management. She has been married for 35+ years, and has two daughters. When she is not helping PAN with excellent service, she loves to cook and garden.
