Let’s meet Nicole, the newest On Call Supervisor for PA Agency of Nurses!
Nicole recently joined the PAN team as an on call supervisor. In this capacity, she ensures that our clients have access to service at all hours – even when the office is closed! The seamless coverage means that PAN clients and families can rest easy, as someone is always available for urgent concerns.
When asked what was most important about her role, Nicole said “What is important to me about my role at PAN is being able to provide support that is available to clients and caregivers throughout all hours of the day when the office is closed. I strive to communicate effectively with kindness and respect to the caregivers and clients throughout any issue that may arise.”
Why do you think that in home care is an important option for Philadelphia families?
“I feel that home care is important because it allows the client to be comfortable in familiar surroundings rather than in a hospital that can cause unnecessary stress and unease for a person. I feel that with home care it allows a person to maintain some independence and sense of normalcy/familiarity in their day-to-day and it can lift their spirits a little.”

Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She has been married for nearly a year to her husband – whom she met back in middle school! Nicole has two wonderful, caring and energetic kids (Emma & Logan), two dogs, and one cat. She loves doing crafts in her free time, and spends most of her time with family and watching her children participate in their extra-curricular activities!
