Thank you for visiting our website! As one of the leading Philadelphia home care agencies, we want to make sure our home care clients and their families feel comfortable with the people and level of care they receive.

One of the best ways to build rapport and trust is to get to know a person better! With that in mind, we wanted to introduce you to the staff of Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses. While the staff won’t necessarily be the personnel providing in home care services to your family, they are an integral part of our team, and set the tone for the services we provide to Philadelphia families. (If you’d like to “meet” our caregivers, visit our Caregiver Profile page!)

Let’s meet Lisa, a Scheduling Supervisor for Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses!phialdelphia in home caregiver lisa agency of nurses management staff meet the caregivers

As one of two excellent Scheduling Supervisors for PAN, Lisa manages the care schedules for clients and caregivers alike. This requires great organizational and inter-personal skills to ensure that clients’ in home care schedules run smoothly. As a Scheduling Supervisor, Lisa has the privilege of knowing PAN caregivers very well; this puts her in an excellent position to help with the client-caregiver matching process. (Read how in home care agencies match clients with caregivers.)

What is most important to you in your role at Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses?

“I will guide your family through the process and find the answer for you if I don’t know it. I am here to make the client’s life safer and their families worry free.” One of PAN’s hallmarks is client-centered care, and we work very hard to ensure that families and their loved ones who require care are comfortable, safe, and can rest a little easier. Lisa is one great example of a staff member who will go out of her way to make that happen.

Why should families consider PAN for in home care?

Lisa emphasizes that not only does “PAN has longevity in the industry, but more importantly, we have dedicated caregivers in the field as well as a top notch office staff.” This top-down approach has served our company and our clients well. As one of the few nurse-owned, nurse-operated home care agencies in Pennsylvania, we’re confident we can offer your family unparalleled service. (Learn the difference between a home care agency and a home care registry.)

Lisa also says that she thinks “families need to understand how [a loved one] will be happier and live longer when they are in their familiar surroundings. Put yourself in their shoes- there’s no place like home!!”
