What is it about your job that inspires you? One of my greatest passions is helping others. Passion is something we love and something we are excited about. The desire of doing that thing constantly is a passion. When I was younger, I enjoyed helping my peers. As I grew older, that habit grew and I desired to help others as well. I like helping people find solutions that meet their specific needs.

caregiver_profile.jpgI enjoy working with clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. I am a trustworthy and responsible person who take great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks and  I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes.

Share a favorite memory from home care: One of the greatest memories I have is when my client first started learning how to walk. It has been a extremely phenomenal experience because I have been able to discern his progression mentally, physically, and emotionally. It is a heart warming experience to take part in, even though his road to recovery has been lengthy and is not quite complete.

Why should families consider PAN? There are many agencies available to provide services in the home. However, not all are the same and I think it is essential to be able to identify the important characteristics that distinguishes one home health care agency from another. However, before I touch on the essential characteristics Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses possesses, I would like to say that when life changes due to an illness, accident, or aging, it can be difficult to maintain one’s independence and personal care as you once did. Help with errands, doctor’s appointments, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, and more can relieve much of the stress you and your loved one maybe experiencing.

So here is why you should consider PAN: There is an in home assessment with a skilled nurse. The caregivers are required to have a certain amount of experience, skill, and personality. Standard testing is done such as competency testing, TB testing, drug testing, and an extensive background check. There are monthly trainings so that all employees are continually expanding their knowledge. Assistance is available twenty four hours / seven days a weeks…therefore you can always be accommodated any time when you have questions or concerns related to your loved one. Last but not least, I am very proud to be an employee of Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses not only because they provide outstanding services for their clients but they also have a wonderful rapport with their employees. The staff is very professional, efficient, appreciative, compassionate, empathetic, and will help restore the joy in your family life.
