What is it about your job that inspires you?

The thing that inspires me the most about working at PAN is that I know that my job makes a difference to the clients I help take care of. In my opinion, I feel that makes the difference in how I approach my job. Every time I go to work I get a huge sense of pride knowing that people are positively affected by the work that I am doing for them.

Share a favorite memory from home care:

My favorite memory from working in home care would hands down have to be the smiles that I see from a client’s face when I start my shift. I always receive the best welcoming when I first arrive at a client’s house at the start of my shift.

What is the most difficult part about your job?

I personally do not have a difficult part within my job. I feel that I got lucky with the clients that I work with, because we get along so well. It makes the job about 100% easier to accomplish when you have a great working relationship with the people you are required to work with every day.

Why should families consider PAN?

Families should consider Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses because everyone that works for the agency is very friendly, professional and personal. I feel that this is the best place for anyone who would like home care for their loved ones to turn to.
